First, our sessions will be a respite. You can pause, breathe, and gently explore the role of anxiety in your life.

We'll begin by helping you with immediate concerns, like how to settle and manage intrusive thoughts and worries.

Through guided conversations, we'll get a sense of how anxiety is impacting you. And how you'd like things to be.

We will also create practices that nurture you and care for your needs, so you're not living in a constant state of stress.

Over the course of our sessions, you'll progress toward the life you want, rather than one authored by stress, worry, and anxiety.
In therapy, you can talk freely about what you're going through. And learn skills and techniques to ease the worry and soften the panicky inner voice.
